I'd spent the morning across in the north east today and as always, I took along my walking gear just in case I managed to get back a decent time, and if the weather was agreeable I could fit in a quick walk. Thankfully everything fell into place and I enjoyed a walk up Barrow and into Newlands Valley. |

A little higher up and around to the left you can see Bassenthwaite, Binsey and the Skiddaw Fells. |
