With the current spell of good weather lasting yet another day, and the added bonus of extra daylight hours, I decided to take advantage and have an evening walk around Devoke Water. This is somewhere I always enjoy, although wellingtons may have been more suitable than boots for part of the walk. |

At the far end of the tarn now and unbelievably, after such a sunny day, we find ourselves walking in the shade. |

Would you credit it, we get about ten yards from the car and the sun comes back out, and stays out all the way home. |

Mmmmm just over 20 miles until I get something to eat. |
